Newbie / numpty question alert!!

just got myself a new e class estate / tourer and can't understand how to disconnect the luggage cover from the side slots that automate it lifting up when the tailgate opens. The manual doesn't help and I've found nothing online.

can anyone offer help please?

I had taken off my luggage cover so that we could place a harp on the left side and still put a passenger back there. I recently put the luggage cover back in place and you can easily place the "tabs" for the cover in the tracks when the hatch back is open, then close the hatch. The next time you open the hatch, the cover will rise.
