Audio stops intermittently at random times
2018 GLE43 This problem started approx 2 months ago (my car has 4000 miles). The display shows my radio station , whether it's satellite or AM/FM, but no sound at all. Magically comes back on whenever....also just random times. Had it in the dealer service dept. for 1 week...couldn't find any issues, of course! Took it back today, they performed a software update, but I drove home in silence, once again. So frustrating! What can I do?
