I don't have a w213 but i own a w205 c400 and it currently has 64k miles on it, which I put 42k miles in the past year and 3 months. Anyway, I love the pano roof but recently, it didn't want to close on my on the highway all of the sudden for about 3 times and then it eventually closed. Took it to mercedes and got it diagnosed and they said that the guide rail on the driver side broke and to replace that, they quoted 3700 bucks with tax. It included the seal, the guide rail, and the motor (they said since they were taking the motor out, might as well replace it while they are on it since if the guide rail breaks, the motor takes extra stress from opening and closing and might fail later down the road). I guess that's the only bad side of having a pano roof, which i never had any issues with a freaking kia that i had.
