Is there an easy way to turn ambient lighting on or off

Is there an easy way to turn ambient lighting on or off
During an extended trip mostly at night, I noticed the ambient lights came on with the headlights. Is there a way to turn them off and on, without going through 12 steps in the command program?

A shortcut to the menu is to say "ambient light menu". There may be other voice commands but I don't have a manual available.
