Check Engine Light/Misfire?

Check Engine Light/Misfire?
Hey I picked up my 2018 E63S in early March and I have gotten a check engine light 3 times, it also made the car feel like the power was limited. The first time they said the car was misfiring and it just needed a software update and that made the light go away. The second time was about 4 weeks ago, they said its the same problem and that time they said according to the steps we have to follow they will change the spark plugs. That worked then a week ago the light came back. Dealership said that they will have to contact Mercedes Benz Germany to sort it out. It has been a week and still no progress. I was wondering if anyone else has had to deal with something similar.
