Rear fender protectors
My golf pro saw me taking the bag and clubs from the trunk. He suggested a protective covering. I’ve searched many auto accessories web sites but no one recognizes what I’m looking for. Any suggestions will help. Thanks

I placed 6" of an old towel under the back edge of my Weathertech trunk liner and fold the remainder into the trunk on top of the liner. The Weathertech holds it in place, and I can deploy the towel over the bumper whenever needed. Limo drivers have been doing this for decades.
Having an old towel in the trunk comes in handy for other things, too.

Personally I would never fold out anything over the bumper like that no matter how soft or microfibery it is.
There will always be small specks of gravel or fine dust on the bumper and to protect it like this will cause micro scratches or swirls in the paint job.
I am just very careful when loading, it is not that hard to avoid touching the paint job.

I did this on the last Jaguar that I had and later I left it in the sun a lot during the day (while I was at work). The "clear bra" cracked a lot since it was exposed to the sun. I don't "clear bra" that edge anymore. Instead, my wife uses a soft blanket when putting in and out our daughter's harp in the cargo hatch of my wife's S213 wagon.
