I called the number listed on the Me app for customer service during the crash and got a line about vacation cruises!! I thought they had been hacked!

We took deliver of the first of two E classes this weekend. It was a mess without MB systems up and running. Couldn't get connected to MBrace and MercedesMe was non-existent. We're up and operating on all systems today, but the dealership said it was pretty much a disaster. I imagine someone's head rolled over this. It had to have cost them $$Millions in lost revenue. Our dealer couldn't even access their own inventory.
