Is the chrome oxidation?


Is this mean oxidation? Or it just some dirty? I can’t wash it with shampoo . Anyone please teach me how to remove that.

I would try some cleaner wax and then apply a nice coat of paste wax. I have issues with the chrome around the windows. Seems as if it's resistant the paste wax that I apply so it takes some elbow work.
