Mercedes E300 in BC, Canada - is this a good price?

Mercedes E300 in BC, Canada - is this a good price?
Hi all, I have an offer to lease an 2018 e300 w/technology package, intelligent drive package, premium package, fclp and maintenance. The car is a demo with less than 500 kms on it.
Total cost for 36 months (24,000 kms/month) is $38,000 CAD, approximately $29,140 USD. This I negotiated down from around $51,000 CAD ($39,140 USD)

I'm a bit surprised by how willing they were to drop the price with very little negotiation - am I missing something here?
