Sounds like you routinely service your vehicle through MB dealer, contact MBUSA 800-367-6372 to see if they will honor $125 reimbursement for customer loyalty.

Has anyone received a certificate? I have not, and I tried calling with no success. My dealer is waiting to see if he can apply it to the work done on Monday.

I have not received a certificate or any other communications from MBUSA. Today I sent an inquiry and asked them to resend the certificate. My annual service is due.
