Turns out does not look like the MSD is available as I am registering the car in New York. NY bars MSD.
Costco: Turns out there is presently no discount from Costco. What Costco gives you is a dealer who agrees to work within Costco guidelines which are very aggressive pricing. If your willing to do the leg work, another dealer, including your local dealer, may be able to match or even beat the price of the participating Costco dealer. (Here on Long Island there are 12 Mercedes dealers within a 50 mile radius all vying for your business. So pricing is very aggressive.)
This may change. For example with BMW, besides their loyalty and conquest incentives, there is a $500 Costco incentive.

At the suggestion of @jhpmbusa (thank you!) I just checked with his recommended New Jersey dealer. Even though I am a New York resident, as I am leasing the car in New Jersey, the MSD are available. The quote was $941 without the MSD. With the MSD (total $9,500) the monthly payments were reduced $97 to $844. That is a return of over 12% on the $9,500!
If you are a New York resident here is what I suggest: get your best quote then go to a New Jersey dealer and have him build out the same car and get his quote with and without the MSD and then see if it makes financial sense to do the MSD deal.

no problem!
If anyone is need of a quote in the tri-state area just give me a hollar. I used to work for MB before they relocated to Atlanta, GA - so ill see if I can still be a helping hand

Any indication of residual values and buy rate money factors for the E53AMG Cabriolet? I know they change monthly but would be nice to know ball park what to expect. Thanks.

As a guide with the 2019 E450 sedan, 10,000 miles, 36 months, MF is .00194 and residual is 59%
