You'll have to ask them. It is odd that dealerships are full of 2019 cars and you can only order a 2019, but MBUSA only shows the 2018's. If memory serves, they are just about the last to turn over to a new model year of most of the car companies.

'20 E53 has them in Canada. As an early poster mentioned, there's no way you're going to end up in some kind of trouble with them, they reduce the amount of light oncoming traffic experiences dynamically.
