Do you back up your comand system
During my A Service, they updated the comand system and I loss my favorites, and radio presets.
I was told on this Forum to export my settings before a service. I did and it was easy.
Do all of you export/save/backup your comand system?

Data import and export: You can use either an SD card or a USB storage device as temporary storage.
Multimedia system: System > System Backup > Export Data
