A Service:
- Reset service indicator in instrument cluster
- Change oil and filter
- Replace windshield wipers
- Replace battery for Keyless Go
- Rotate tires
- Inspections
- Replace charcoal cabin filter
- Replace dust cabin filter
- Replace brake fluid
- Additional inspections

There are 51 items on the B service list as shown in the PDF I posted. I'm not sure if all the items on any service list really get done because I had to return my car after the A service to have the service indicator reset even though there is a separate reminder item in the checklist.

Point of information:
From the time I dropped my car off for both the A and B service I waited less than 2 hours. When the car was returned it had also been washed.
I leave it you to decide whether or not the inspections were done!
