Help! Can't get import/export to work!
I'm trying to import my settings so that I can reset the system without losing all my bluetooth settings. I've used 2 different USB drives, formatted in FAT32 as recommended and I get this:
I've tried other formats as well....no luck. Anyone have a solution?

OMG! You're right! I was assuming import meant importing settings from car, instead of the other way around. It's all in the way you look at it! Thank you!
Unfortunately, system reset didn't solve my problem of the audio not fading when NAV announcements come on. The dealership is stumped as well. All the settings are checked off in the proper manner, and still no audio fade out.
