Active Cruise Control Retrofit
I bought a used car (W213) that unfortunately does not have an active cruise control.
Is it possible to equip the car with this option?

Everything is possible, just a matter of how much you are willing to pay.
Radar unit is a simple install but very expensive, then depending on your current spec you may need a new windshield for stereo cameras.
