Normal for a 450 coupe door to be back ordered?
I hit my e450 couple 3 months ago and was told by a body shop that the door needs to be replaced. The representative also told me that there is no spare part for the door available in the entire world and it needs to be back ordered.
There is no estimate on when the order will be finished, so it's been 3 months and the door is still not available. Does this sound normal to anyone here?

Not to be sarcastic, but what does it matter what anyone on this Board thinks?
Have you taken this up with your MB dealer and if no satisfaction with MB regional and if no satisfaction then with MB national?
That is what I would be doing.
