Has anybody JB4-ed a 2017 E400?
Hi All,
Looking at a CPO-ed 2017 E400 with 27k km.. Just wondering if anybody has installed JB4 on one before? If so, anything to look out for in terms of reliability?
Tried searching without much luck. I assume the E400 is the same engine as the 2015 C400s? I've seen many of the W205 C400 owners with JB4 and have great increase in performance. (1 s off 0-100 times)
Also considering a CPO-ed 2018 E43 with 39k km.. but at $10k price increase. Both cars are similarly optioned, multicontour front seats, 360 cam, sun shades, tech pack. How much different is the E43 compared to a E400? I test drove the E43 today and quite liked it compared to my w212.
Any inputs would be appreciated.

I do not think that JB4 offers tunes for the W213. That is probably why you have not seen any information on it.

Ah, yes you are correct. I did a quick look before and saw E400 2016+. Didn't realize it was only for the W212. Guess there's no JB4 for either E43 nor E400 and will have to get an actual engine tune.

I have one on my W212 E400, which is the exact same engine and transmission combo as a 2017 W213 (unless it got the 9 speed). I've been very pleased with it and post on the n54tech thread for the C400/C450/C43 models. Doesn't matter that yours is a W213, same engine and everything.
