Does this tune for the E300 remove the top speed limiter of 130mph?
Yes it does! It will keep the stock power curve as well and improve your driving experience with a night and day difference. You can feel free to PM me any other questions you may have.
so this is just and plug and pay obd device? can i simply remove any time i feel like it? lastly, how much for 2018 e300?
This would not be a plug and play tune. It is a full ecu Read/Edit/Write process and ecu remap. The tune is easily removed with the OBD handheld device which communicates with the vehicle.

Why are there refurbished units available in the first place? And why are there so many? Do they break and customers need warranty replacements?
The manufacturer receives units back and resets them. When they are sent to us they are sent with out a box. We order the refurbished units in sets every now and then to be able to offer you all the tunes for a lower cost. The units are fully functional and still carry the 1 year electronic warranty as the new ones.

Hi How much is this for a 2017? Can I put tithe car back to factory specs?
Any members have had warranty issues with any of these devices? Not this specifically.
The handheld device will allow you to switch back to the stock file whenever you choose, a battery stabilizer would be needed during the writing process in order to keep the ECU awake. Would the tune be for your 2017 C300?
I will wait for a forum member to comment, but I personally have returned my 16 C63S back to stock and into the dealer for warranty work without issue.

Im assuming your tunes would void the Mercedes factory warranty?
No tuner can say that their tune does not void a warranty. However with our tune, we recommend users return the vehicle to stock at least 1 week before bringing it into the dealer for any work. We have many clients, and myself included, that follow this process and have no issues with warranty on their vehicles.
