How to watch TV on Command Unit E-Class
Hi All,
I have a E200 (2018 year) and have the wide screen command unit on the dash, I have an android phone and can connect with the android auto app, I can see various apps either radio or gps, but can't seem to be able to watch iplayer through it, is it possible?

When you say "watch TV" I think of like the news live broadcast. Your COMAND unit does not have a TV tuner. And you cannot stream any app or video from your smartphone. Only audio will play from Android or Apple. Your only option to view actual video on your COMAND screen is by recording video files onto a USB drive or a SD card if you have the slots available in your center armrest. And the factory option lets you view video while only the car is in Park. However you can get a VIM module, that will let you watch videos while in Drive, it looks something like this.
