  • 0.5cm thincness, 2.5D cured frame
  • Base on Android 7.1 operating system
  • 8-core RK3368H CPU
  • 2G ram, 16G rom, suppot up to 64g external USB/SD card
  • Build in USB, SD, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm earphone jack, SIM card slot(optional)
  • Build in dual channel speaker, can connect to original audio system or use bluetooth earphone to play the audio
  • Build in mirrolink function, support to mirror Android phone / iphone to the screen
  • S Class Maybach design OSD, customized boot logo
  • With plug and play bracket specific for Mercedes benz, no need to connect cable

I wish I knew about this before. It was really hard to find the sear powered Mercedes iPad holders, which may be discontinued despite still being listed as an accessory.

for the version without the original power socket - how is the screen powered? Lead to 12v cigar socket?

No connect to cigar lighter, need to connect the fuse box, it is not complicated, just 3 cables need to connect, ACC, BATT, GND.

Yes a but where do recommend making those connections. There is no cable visible on the pictures

See below pictures for reference, here's the universal type harness, just need to connect the red, yellow and black cable, usually connects to the fuse box(all the car has it, different car the fuse box position is different)
The RCA socket is to connect to device with A/V output. For Mercedes cars, it does not have A/V output, so no need to connect.
