The discount sounds pretty good to me. The negative equity is built into the payment as well? As to the payment, I'd have to ask what the Residual Value is to tell.

Yes, the negative equity is built into the payment BUT service is not. Will need to find out how much that is and will add to payment, unless you have an idea? I’ll ask for the RV & MF now.

My biggest worry would be the condition of your wheels after it being loaned out for 7k miles. Ask for an extended test drive, go on nice long stretches of roads/highways. See if you can feel any bent rims, ask that they check for it as well. Those 19s have been getting bent fairly easily.... even the 18s.

You have to find out both the MF and the RV before you can determine if this is a good deal or not.

In the past, and I think it exists now, on a new car MB will waive up to 4 remaining payments.

Generally speaking used cars do not lease out as well as new cars because of the low RV and higher MF on used cars.

Assuming a MSRP of $62,000 on a new E350, a discount of 12% (many on this forum have been getting discounts of 12%) for 10,000 miles per year, 36 months, MF of .00088 and a residual of 57%, your monthly payment would be $612 plus tax plus acquisition fee.

I for one would rather pay $612 for a brand new 2020 E350 with a MSRP of $62,000 than $565 for a one year old E300 with 7,000 miles on.

I have reserved a control number from my cousin who works at MB which will give me 12% discount so will end up going for a GLE350 4Matic when my lease is up in Jan/Feb 2020...

Recenty married so not sure how big or family will be as we are looking to have kids soon also...

Think that makes much more sense for a few dollars more than leasing the CPO.
