Mercedes Me Problems in UK?
Or is it just me?
The Mercedes Me app seems to have stopped working fully with a “Vehicle not enabled” error.
when I go to the online portal, I can log in but the Portal seems determined to make me edit my address (even though all required fields are already completed as required).
That being the case, I can’t proceed to the vehicles services section...
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Yeah I phoned Mercedes Me support on Friday and they said they were having issues. Also said they were finalising a fix but I guess it's not finished yet. Wondering if it is somehow related to the data leak reported here: https://www.engadget.com/2019/10/19/...ar-owners-data

You should be lucky it works at all! Are you driving a European MB in Great Britain, or are you driving a US specification car there?
I have a US specification car in Germany right now and was told by MBNA, Stuttgart and a German dealer Me and the SOS features only work on cars designed for the same region; US, Europe or Africa.

Just to close out my own question...
Today, I discovered that the Mercedes Me portal in the UK had woken from its trance.
I was able to log in and when I checked the settings, the only feature that was turned off was the “door lock\ unlock” option. I certainly didn’t turn that off.
I ticked the box, saved, exited and all is working properly now.
I’m going to moan here. Mercedes should have emailed users in the U.K. to say the service was down. I was on holiday away from the U.K. when the Mercedes app told me the doors of my car were open. Not unlocked, but open. It turns out this was due to their app\ portal\ pile o’ crap misfiring but I wasn’t to know that. As noted earlier, I couldn’t log in to the portal either.
Fortunately, I had a security camera pointed at the car so I could see that the doors of the car weren’t physically open.
That’s not okay.
