Reverse speedometer/tachometer locations?

2017 E300
Reverse speedometer/tachometer locations?
Is it possible to reverse or switch the location of the speedometer and tachometer in the instrument cluster display in a 2017 W213? IOW, move tachometer to left side and speedometer to right?
In case anyone has to know the reason why, it's personal preference.

Not that I’ve found... I wish they would have made the dash much more customizable
