EQC 4matic AMG line Premium Plus replacing S213 220d 4matic with airmatic
E300de hybrid

I had one of these for 24hrs and was really impressed. Are there any forum members who have real world experience with one.
It would be a good choice for me as some of my regular journeys are low mileage and within the all electric range. We have plenty of recharging points locally too. But electric alone would not as yet work for the longer trips reverting to good old gasoil would be a good choice over petrol.
Only concern is no 4matic that might be the deal breaker.

Hi
I have the E300de estate. Had it since August 2019. Really pleased with the car.
I don’t have a long commute to work so charge every second day.
In summer I get 35-40km electric range. Now it’s getting colder, between 23-27km.
love the electric heater which can be started via the app. Warms the interior up quickly within 5-10 minutes.
after driven 1800km, my diesel usage is 3,6l/100km
I drive in battery save mode on highways and steep hills, else on hybrid only.
car has lots of power driving in sport mode, or on kickdown

really love the distronic package with lane change etc

Thanks for responding. I am averaging about 5.7l/100km in my E220d 4matic estate so that is a reasonable reduction.

How low are your temps? I live in north west france so winter is probably av of 4 or 5deg C but cold snaps can occur down to -8 or -10deg C.

As i say i was really taken with the car but the lack of 4matic is a worry. In the winter there is a lot of mud on the road and I frequently have to pull over onto soft muddy verges to let tractors pass. I do not fancy getting stuck or slipping and sliding about and sliding into the ditch which are usually rather deep.
