is the main difference just the wheels and body kit? Anything i particular?

 

And 1 inch lowered suspension (and travel).

 

I think it's closer to 1/2" lower. And I see absolutely no difference in the "body kit" from the Sport. Yes, very different from the Luxury package, but to my eyes, the same as the Sport (no AMG or Luxury selected) on the E (much bigger difference on the C-Class). So, according to the online pricing description, and my observation: AMG-line = AMG Wheels + Black Headliner (which I don't like) + Lowered Suspension. Oh, and badging. AMG-Black adds black details.

 

I didn't think I'd like the black headliner in my e300, but I like it better than the beige headliner. The cabin is still bright, but not as glaring as with the beige headliner.
