Europe is pretty big and has many countries. Can you be more specific so I can Google it for you?
You can also try searching the forums with the search bar top right with "leather care"

What does your owner's manual say. You'll get a lot of suggestions on the internet but MB knows what you should use. BTW - the surface you see isn't leather. It is a coating.

AFAIK -
MB offers 3 different leather types each with a different finish - standard leather which is processed to remove imperfections, Napa leather which is full grain with a natural surface and semi-aniline leather which is natural and very slightly pigmented. Mercedes does not use PU leather which is bonded and covered with a polyurethane coat.

Your Mercedes dealer has all the interior products you will ever need. They make both Leather and Plastic (MB-Tex) sprays.
Might be a little pricy, but it will last a VERY LONG time. The spray bottle of Mercedes MB-Tex Care I bought in 2001 for my C-Class is barely half gone.
Absent that you can search for Lexol Leather care, if available in Europe.

Zaino is fantastic stuff. The conditioner has a great leathery smell to boot. A less well known alternative is Nextzett cockpit premium. It works on leather, plastic, etc and does SUCH a good job of restoring the original finish on shiny, worn leather. I swear by it to keep my steering wheels looking fresh.
