Brake Rotor markings not making full contact? and CEL on today ;(....
They way im feeling LOLI ran 2 errands today. Grocery store in the afternoon. Then 2 hrs later to Home Goods....my CEL light went on! I was driving 15 mph, so strange.
THEN just doing a walk around/inspection I see one of my rotors is possibly making less contact then the other?
AND I just got my car serviced 2 weeks ago. Paid $600 for Service B, Brake fluid flush and Cabin air filters.
CEL could be anything, car drives perfectly fine. but the rotors, is this from the service they did? they never had that coloration before. I called to make a service appointment, left a message. what the hell right?

how can you tell the rotors are bad from the pictures? I had all 4 rotors replaced under warranty....as they were vibrating when i applied the brakes.. they didnt give me a hard time which to me means they already probably know its a known issue.

they insisted I did the brake fluid service and this is the result lol
