W213 E43 alignment
Hey guys
Do standard tire shops (eg, Firestone) do a good job aligning these cars? I've found they're unable to do BMWs well because of a more elaborate procedure those cars need (weight on the driver's seat simulating a driver). It results in the wheel being off center.

No they are not, as far as I know, Mercedes hasn't released the correct number for alignment to general shops yet.
So just to be on safe side, bring it to Mercedes dealer if you would.

21 out of 30 Firestones they investigated in California had fraudulent practices.

hre in France we have a company called Norauto. great for tires etc,
but when they proposed to align my tires i had to have MB redo it afterwards...
(noticed it as steering wheel was off center.)
the values MB found were well over what's acceptable...
