Where are your rattles coming from ?

-Door panel again, but usually arises after speakers are used: the vibrations of the speakers may have kicked things off.
-A heat-sensitive rattle near the HUD module.
-The knobs on the outermost air vents also buzz on certain surfaces, with a nice stereo effect when they do it at the same time.
-A weird, intermittent rattle from the rear right area, sometimes fixed after pushing and securing the rubber seals along the aperture.
-The seat back rattles on mine were successfully fixed by the dealer (under warranty) with felt tapes.
They should all fall under warranty, provided that they can be easily replicated and the sources located. Find a dealership with plenty of rubbish roads around it. And provide your inputs to give the workshop something to go on with.
My 13-year old S, 10-year old ML, a mate's Range Rover, and any Camry that I have ubered in feel more solid and better built than w213.
Just curious, for those of you with door panel rattles, is it equally bad or is one side worse than the other? My driver's side door panel is hardly perfect, but so much better than the catastrophic abortion that is the passenger side (left-hand side) door panel.

A soft plastic vibrating sound (little ticks/plops) coming from the left front door (or maybe rear) not very loud but feels like it's next to my ear.
the plastic in the middle roof console.. haven't figured it out exactly, but might be one of the buttons.
same sort of vibrating sound (soft ticks/ plops). again; not loud, but feels like it's IN my ear.
good times…

I would expect that cheap-looking barn door console cover might rattle on the W213, however.

Sadly, both of my recent Mercedes E-Classes have had far more rattles than any POS rental car I've had in the same time period. Definitely far more than should be at a car in this price range. That said, I've had far fewer rattles in either car than I did my 2004 Infiniti M45, which took about 60,000-70,000 miles and probably a good 5 lbs of felt tape to quiet down.
RH drive door right where the pin sits. There is something around the pin actuator that ticks on certain road surfaces
Creaks
B pillars
Rear seats
Passenger seat when sloped back but no-one is sitting in it flexes when going over bumps creating a loud creak. I have to move it to a more upright position if I am alone. The seats rigidity is very questionable
Plus many other places
Rattles
None as yet
Things I tried to no avail
Lubing door seals
adding insulation to certain parts of trim
Readjusting door strikers as the doors were not aligned perfectly from factory
Last resort
Go to MB to fix door ticking but I would rather have the tick than have them take the door to bits and introduce more rattles and whatnot later.

I had the service logs cleared by my local garage and he could not figure out the problem. I have looked up on the internet and it was more of a camera issue.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thank you

also, I always hear noise from back seats like the leather of seats are in friction lol! I cleaned the seats open them and return them with no solution yet
crack sound by right door sometimes
I also have a creak in my drivers side door, I think its coming from behind the door trim somewhere, its hard to identify exactly where its coming from.

that the quality of materials and craftsmanship is declining. I would not allow the dealership to take the door panel out for fear that the noise(s) would probably be worse and or the door panel may not be aligned properly.
