Looking for "push/pin"

Looking for "push/pin"
Looking for the part number for what looks like a "push/pin" used to hold the bottom part of the fender liner to the rocker panel. This is at the rear wheel on 2018 W213. (E300)

Push/pin holding bottom of inner fender to rocker panel

The first picture shows the "pin" in place (passenger side of car) The second picture shows the empty hole where the "pin" should be....... on the drivers' side of car. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks!.
