Hello,

I just bought a used E350

2019, It is originally from Europe and I live out of Europe, so I entered the Dealer menu and did a Factory reset, now the sound is not working/ carplay not working/ no 360 camera and whenever I try to make any change to the settings "like add profile" I get the same error message " unavailable while the car is in motion" even though the car is in P.




How can I fix this!

 

Can't help you unfortunately...
try with the ignition switched on but without the engine running.

 

You need a command coding..

The only fix is having your Mercedes dealer/mechanic fix it by coding it.

 

Could you please explain the dealership fix? Mine is asking me to replace the whole unit!! They're telling me the software crashed, and that a new software cannot be installed. I dont believe them.
