I've got a few accurate dial gauges but I haven't used them in years because the TPMS is so accurate. When I have to adjust my pressure, I note how much (typically) to add according to the TPMS and then use the very inaccurate gauge built into my electric pump. I add x PSI as that gauge calls it, ignoring what it says the pressure actually is, and then confirm the adjustment on a short drive with cold tires on the TPMS. The sensors in our cars are good for a fraction of a PSI so I'm happy with that reading.
