The Apps will not work. Solution?

I've tried countless times to get the different apps to work, and from different phones also.
I've visited the dealership and they registered me as the owner in their systems, so that should not be the problem.
The apps will not connect and they seem illogically built. (E.g. it asks me to do things that are not possible, and it asks me to do things in the wrong order.) The OS on my phones are the newest and the phones are quite new and top of the line.
Also, I've paid for data and paid for the apps in the "portal", but the apps and also streaming radio will not work. I get a few different error messages, (like "internet not connected" and "try again later" when connecting to streaming radio).
Did you get the apps and streaming radio to work?
(BTW I am situated in Europe, if that makes a difference.)

There is a very long thread about this. Sometimes it can take weeks for the systems to all sync up and work. It was 7 weeks after I got my new car before Mercedes Me worked fully and I got internet access working.
Send an email to Mercedes Me support (based in Netherlands) and they will investigate. They kept me updated and eventually got me connected.
