E450 Wagon with broken strut mounts
I took my 2019 E450 Wagon in to dealer service for a rubbing/creaking sound coming from the suspension when the car went over bumps. Turns out, both front upper strut mounts were broken. Luckily, the repairs are covered by the warranty, but just WHAT?! The car only has 11k miles on it. Has anyone else had this problem?

When you were driving, did it sound like it was coming from the rear? Could you feel any clicks in the steering wheel? Did it sound like an internal rattle?

Has the car been bottoming out? The E450 wagon I drove for a few days as a loaner constantly bottomed out during normal driving over even the slightest dip in the highway - slamming its front suspension into the bump stops. I expect that would cause major issues pretty quickly, and it definitely made me not even slightly interested in the new car. Car had 5200 miles and a $77k MSRP.
