Latest Nav version for 2017 E300 in the US?

Latest Nav version for 2017 E300 in the US?
My nav software is version 18.0 for North America. What is the most current version so I can be sure my dealer updates it for me? Is there anyway a customer can update the software themselves in the USA. I hate tying up the dealer and wasting several hours just for an update.

BTW, this is the map version, not the software. That has an entirely different numbering system. You might look into them updating your COMAND software too, depending on what level you're at. Early versions of NTG 5*5 software were slow and buggy.

Had my command on my 2017 E300 updated at my local dealership to ver 5.80, then used MBNAVUPDATE.COM online download and updated maps to V19 (2020). Roads previously unmapped now appear. Satified with the look of the command update and have used my MB Nav the past couple of days and been quite pleased. Still would prefer WAZE for traffic alerts etc...but quite satisfied with the accuracy of the updated maps.

The latest North America map for 2017 E300 is 2020(V20). This version was released on 12/15. I used MBNAVUPDATE.COM online download to update the maps on my car, it took them 2 days to get the license key from Mercedes and the update itself took about an hour. I want to get my COMAND software updated by the dealer since I am on an early version (00.59.02.40), however, most dealers seem to be reluctant about performing this update unless there is a valid issue.

I do believe you can update maps without having to update command.
Not sure why I was sent V19 if V20 was available when I got the download link, however the maps I have all the routes i typically use, so ok for now.
