Comand is bipping and Blackout. Any idea for this?

E300 exclusive w213
Comand is bipping and Blackout. Any idea for this?
Hi guys. I am new for this forum.
I own Eclass w213 and recently got an issue with comand. It had been working fine 3wks ago and happend recently.
audio and car dashboard work 100% fine but only comand got this.
Any idea or have a same issue like me?

Have you tried using the COMMAND on/off switch on the center console?

No I have not. Where is comand swith btw?

Upper right from COMAND knob. Power On/Off button. You can press and hold this button until COMAND reboots as needed.

Have dealer check it under warranty, MBUSA released attached bulletin central display may chafe.
