I've a strange problem with this option on my 220D. I have new battery since 6 months and the car was in dealer for soft. update of easy entry module and nothing... I;ve done re-calibration on driver's side seat and steering wheel too (i've extened the seat as far as it goes awat from steering wheel and hold it for another 10 sec. and i've pushed it back to closer position to the wheel + another 10 sec. i was holding the button. I did it to the steering wheel the same.) and nothing... The car was with closed door and engine not working but i've pushed start button 1 time to set the car on contact. After i've done the re-calibration procedure and set up my preferred position of seat, wheel and mirrors and stored up on memory position 1, i've started the car, drive it 5 miles, i;ve stopped the car and opened the door, but only the steering wheel engaged and started to pull away from my knees and pulled up. The seat didn't move an inch... I've checked in vehicle options if i marked only steering wheel to use easy entry function, but no. It was market seat+steering wheel. Am i doing something wrong or there is a problem? Today i ordered my personal C4 Star Diagnosis but i have to wait at least 2 weeks. Can i done something like reset seat positions or i'm not doing re-calibration procedure right? I don't want to visit S(D)ealership because warranty of the car has expired and i see no point to visit them since they didn't fix the problem first time. My plan B is to search an indy workshop who has skills to fix it, but if it;s something which i can do myself, i prefer to do it.
