2017 E400 Wagon Camshaft Oil Leak

I pulled off the engine cover to look at the air filters and noticed that the driver side camshaft overs were wet. Must be a slow leak since the oil is covered in dirt. Anyone else have this issue or is there a known problem with the covers leaking. At first, I thought it was from a sloppy dealer oil change but after looking it doesn’t appear to be the case.

This is my seventh Benz and all I can say is the quality had really declined with the past two generations.
