E63 Wheels on E300

The E350 Wheel specs are:
F: 245/40 19" ET43
R: 245/40 19" ET43
E63 Wheel specs are:
F: 255/35 19" ET37
R: 285/30 19" ET52
I know the rears will fit no problem. on my 2016 E350 I had 285/30/19's on there with an aggressive ET. But i'm worried about my fronts. That is 1 more inch that will be closer to the suspension, but the ET is less on the E63's than it is on the E350 so that means that it won't be actually 1 Inch closer, more like maybe 0.7 inches. Does anyone know if i'll need a spacer or will it not even fit with a spacer?
These are the wheels I'm talking about.

Thank you in advance for those who help out!

f.x. Going from
ET 43 to ET 33 would be ok
ET 43 to ET 30 too much
ET 43 to ET 47 car will be less stable

And I understand that it'll poke out more, i'm not worried about that. There is about 1.5 inches of room to play with from the OEM tire to the fender as it sits now. I'm worried about the tire/wheel hitting the suspension on the inside of the wheel well since i believe it'll be 0.7 inches or so closer to the suspension.

I used that tool also to check out the numbers but it tells me that it'll just be a lot wider near the suspension. It doesn't say if the offset will help the suspension part or not.
I think they will fit, but I'm just being cautious I guess.
Front W212 E63 wheels will fit 100% flush with not poke. However, 255/35-19 tire should be replaced by 245/40-19 or 255/40-19.
Rear W212 E63 wheels will be well into wheel wells and in my view require 10-15mm spacers to be flush. Just as with front, 285/30-19 tire should be replace by 275/35-19 or 285/35-19.
Below is on my former '19 E450.
Front 19x8.5 et30 (et35.5 +5mm spacers, about identical to 19x9 et37) with 245/40-19:
Rear 19x9.5 et38 (et48 +10mm spacers, much better looking than 19x9.5 et52) with 275/35-19:

I think i'll be okay too. I was just worried about the fronts hitting the suspension since they're 9" wide in the front.
As for the tires, I think ill go with the 245/40/19 & 275/35/19's as there are ALOT more options out there for that size vs the 255/35/19 & 285/30/19.
Did you have any issues with the 245/40/19? would it clear the front as the 40 would have a higher sidewall than the 35?
Also, did you HAVE to use a spacer or did you just do it for the perfect fitment? I would like to stay away from spacers if at all possible.
Cheers and thank you!!

Spacers were used only for cosmetics.
Edit: The reason I mentioned spacers, is because W212 E63 has huge front fenders (as does W213 E63), hence offset is much lower upfront. If you put W212 E63 wheels as is on W213, front will be 100% flush with front fender, but rear will be well "in". IMHO it will not look "right", hence I would not put rears without at least 10mm spacers.

Sorry about the confusion in my previous post. I meant to say will those tire sizes work with the wider wheels (since the fronts are 9" wide). I was just worried that with the 245/40 size tire it would be hitting the suspension. But i re-read your first comment on this post and see that with the width and offset of the front wheels it'll fit close/similar to what you have in the pictures.
One last question i promise (youre the only one who's been really helpful so far!) Do you know what bolts/size you used? and which brand spacer you used in the rear? I do not want to cheap out on the one thing that is holding my wheel in place doing 80 MPH haha
Thank you!!
2. So for front (no spacers) E63 wheels you need OEM 27mm(28mm) R14 14x1.5 bolts.
For rear: 10mm spacers - 38mm-40mm R14 14x1.5 bolts, for 12mm spacers - 40mm bolts, for 15mm spacers - 43mm-45mm bolts.
I normally use only H&R spacers, but W213 have 10-11mm high hubs so standard H&R 10mm and 12mm spacers do not fit.
Personally I would use H&R's 13mm spacers, p/n 2655665 with 40mm R14 14x1.5 bolts.
If you want use 10mm spacers, then only these (I have them) fit:
https://otisincla.com/product/merced...ith-lug-bolts/ they fit VERY snug (can not take them off with bare hands once they are in the wheel - line up holes carefully before pressing them in) and the price include 10 bolts of your choice, tell Phil that the bolts you want are these https://otisincla.com/product/m14x1-...m-zinc-plated/
Good luck

I just emailed Otis for the spacers and for the bolts. I think the guy im buying the wheels from has the original bolts as well that I can use for the fronts, if not then ill get them from Otis.

The 9" wheel in the front fits, but it's super close to the suspension. I am afraid to put on the 255/40/19 tires on it as it doesn't look like it'll clear it (from the naked eye atleast it doesn't), but looking at ThreeMB's picture, he used 245/40/19's on his wheels. I'm going to order the same for mine and hope the tire doesn't rub or hit the suspension components.
As for the rear 9.5" wheel, it fits but I agree once again with ThreeMB that it'll need 5-10mm spacers (which I have ordered already).
I will update this thread with pictures of the fitment as soon as the wheels come in and tires are mounted on.

I'm going to my tire place tomorrow to get me some Continental DWS 06 tires (I live in New England and our weather sucks, so it makes sense to buy one of the best all-season tires).
I also ordered the bolts per your specifications with the 10mm spacer in the back and the shorter bolts in the front.

spacers and bolts came in about a week ago. Although Otis sent one wider spacer (12mm instead of 10mm) Phil from Otis Inc sent a new 10mm and 38mm bolts instead of the 40mm that I originally ordered (Phil is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants bolts or spacers). I have shipped the 40mm bolts and 12mm spacer back to him.
I will take pictures of the fitment as soon as I get the wheels on the car!

There was ALOT of space left for wider and taller tires as ThreeMBs said. I could’ve done a 255/45/19 & 285/40/19 with no issues. The spacer (10mm) in the rear does make it look better once again as ThreeMBs said.
I wanted to also take the time to thank ThreeMBs for helping out as much as he did! Awesome dude!

The wider tire/wheel gives it more grip and going in twists and lengthy corners on the highway at 80-90 MPH doesn't feel like it's going to make the car tip over. Having a wider contact patch with the asphalt is awesome and i missed it ever since i got rid of my W212 which had the same wheel size and tire size.
I replaced them for non-run flat tires. The ride is actually smoother with larger wheels without runflats. They're a lot more smooth, less noise, less harsher bumps, the whole 9 yards.
Only thing that sucked was when trying to buy the tires, the Continental DWS 06's were end of life and weren't being made anymore, and the new version (DWS 06 PLUS) tires didn't come out up until the other day. So i bought some cheapish tires for the time being (cost about 700$ total) but they absolutely suck in the snow. I cannot wait to put the Conti's on soon.
