I'm picking up my MY21 E-Class this week and would like to transfer all of my stored navigation destinations from my MY18 E-Class.
Does anyone know how to do this? There is nothing In the manual or in a goggle search

You can do a system backup under System|System Backup. That should export all your data and settings onto an SD card or USB stick and then you can import it on the new vehicle as long as the new firmware is still compatible with the format. Given that the MY21 uses MBUX, it's very likely that you may not be able to import data from the older COMAND system. I would generally recommend against storing information in your car's infotainment system. Keep your data on your phone and in the cloud so you can easily sync it to your car and other devices. In particular navigation destinations. Store them as contacts on your phone, so they sync to the car and you can navigate to them. You can also send navigation destinations to the car via the Mercedes Me connect app. You can even share them from other apps on your phone.

It's in your owner's manual starting on page 243. Select System on the Home screen and then System Backup in the menu. Here are a couple of pics from my car. Not an E Class, but same COMAND system.
