Hi All,

I have a 2018 W213 with massage seat functions for both front seats. As of late, we had some rain and think the passenger seat might have got some water in it. On the passenger seat, the heater element, lumbar and seat adjustment all work; only the massage function will no turn on. All function on the drive seat works.

Is there a fuse or hard reset for the passenger massage function? Thank you in advance.

 

Everyone is saying the there is some software fix for this, because something might have shut off the pump
