I just picked up my 2021 e350 and the top strip of ambient lighting above the dash is not working. I have ambient lighting all over and at the bottom trim of the dual screen dash, but not above. I tried messing with the settings and brightness but nothing works. I contacted my dealership and they are looking into it. It seems some of their cars do have ambient lighting above the dash, while others don't. Has anyone run into a similar issue? Could it be software or hardware? I put a picture to explain

I had the same issue with part of the ambient lighting. It turned out that the factory forgot to plug in one of the harnesses.
