Hi all, i have a new shape 2021 E450 4 matic night edition ect...very nice car with 20 inch wheels but just seems to sit high in the air, it does not have the airmatic suspension of which i thought was standard on the E450 but
has standard coil suspension, the dynamic control settings (sport, sport +) i believe only stiffens the dampers and does not effect the ride height, does anyone know if this is correct or does dynamic control not affect the suspension
system and only steering and gearbox settings?

Air Body Control = Optional

Never seen a MB with ride height adjustment on traditional coil spring suspension.

Yes the airmatic system is the only one that changes the ride height, i want to know if the suspension is connected to the dynamic drive system where you can change settings, does it stiffen the suspension or not?

Traditional steel suspension is not connected to dynamic select - I believe dynamic select controls shift points, steering feel in all cases and would control suspension firmness and also ride height to a limited degree only if your car was equipped with air body control.

Have the dealer check, system is malfunctioning.
