I have 2017 E400 wagon and the third row seat belt retainer clip is broken off on the drivers side. I have searched the MB parts catalog, but I can’t find the individual part or the entire trim piece. The clip sits on top of a plastic trim piece near the lower edge of the window. Can anyone help me identify the clip or the entire trim piece part numbers?

I recently ordered the rear interior trim panel for the back drivers side, shown in the diagram. Can anyone help with the removal process for this trim piece? There are a lot of parts attached to this panel and I want to make sure I don’t screw things up trying to remove it. Any help would be appreciated.
