Can you help to decode

Hi,
I'm about to buy after tomorrow Mercedes E class estate, but I would like to decode my VIN to find out what vehicle is equipped with.
I looking for if is equipped with ambient lights and android play or apple play.
Also vould you advice how to read the report you are generating?
