Mercedes Me Connect
Long time reader on this site and finally posting. Thought I would give my experience with Mercedes Me Connect in case it's helpful. I have a 2019 E450 wagon and my 3 year lease just ended. (I'm currently extending my lease month to month with Mercedes until I get my new 2022 E450 All Terrain currently scheduled to be built in Nov. 2021, but that's a different story.) Of course, Mercedes Me Connect stopped working on the 3 year anniversary and I lost the traffic updates on the GPS among other things. When I tried to update my Mercedes Me Connect services on my app, I got a message that "this app is not yet available in App Store." I finally called Mercedes (1-800-367-6372) and the rep said they are updating the app but have no timetable on when it will be completed. But they will extend my service for free until the app is available. The rep took my VIN and said the order will be processed in a few days and I should get full service back until the paid app is available.

Yes, in the USA they haven't fully rolled out the new Mercedes me store through which among other things you'll be able to extend the subscription. It's been rolled out in Europe as far as I know, but I figured they can still do it over the phone for now. Mine is up for renewal in about a year. They are pretty much rebuilding all the services, and a lot of things are changing for the US market apparently, but the good news is that the services that have been rolled out work much better and are more reliable than previously.
