EDIT: For the benefit of others, ATE makes a front pad that fits the Sport calipers on an E220d.

Part is 13.0470-4883.2

They seem very good. Feel like OEM with much less dust. Fine for a daily.

It is easy to get part numbers using the ATE online catalogue for other fitments.
