2017 E-class headrest rattle

2017 E-class headrest rattle
A new rattle has developed in the E class! This time there is a rattling sound coming from the passenger side headrest, on a smooth road it is ok but on anything but smooth tarmac its very annoying.
wondering if anybody else had this issue and what was the fix, full prepared to dismantle and have a go but havent figured out how to remove the headrest yet. out of warranty.
Its a pity, the car is ultra reliable so far but some of the noises are hard to live with.

You sure it's the headrest and not the passenger-side seatbelt? I frequently have issues with the seatbelt rattling, which can be fixed by sliding the buckle up toward the bracket to which the belt is attached.

My car has a headrest rattling as well BUT... mines a C-Class and the headrest from part number to design is completely different, I am not aware of any of the E-Class (different body styles pfl and fl) that my friends have with a rattling issue for the passenger headrest neither I came across any post from E-Class (W213, C238, A238, S213) owners here on the forums with this issue. As suggested by the previous post, it is likely the seat belt.
If you confirmed it is indeed your headrest and you are out of warranty, please take a look at this (that being said, it is for the C-Class and it might not be the exact cause of the rattling your car has):
