MB USA and Mercedes Me - update
I searched and couldn't find another thread on this subject, so thought I'd start a new one. If there is an existing thread, could the mods move this.
I have a 2019 E450 wagon, and had recently gotten an email and notification on the Mercedes Me app that there were new maps available.
So, when I went online to download the new maps, I noticed on the Mercedes Me website, that many of the my services were going to be shutting down on 1/31/2022.
So, I called MB USA to ask them how to extend things like Remote Start, Vehicle Status, etc, since I do use them.
The agent said that their plan is to have an online store, where we can purchase ongoing services on a subscription basis, but due to COVD they don't have the online store finished yet. And, they don't think they will by next month.
Their intent is to extend these services UNTIL they get the online store working.
He said that if they shut off any of my services, to call back and they will turn them back on, until the online store is up and running.
I hope this helps everyone else in the same situation. And, I hope the subscriptions aren't too pricey.

That's kinda what I suspected. The store was supposed to be online sometime last year. It's been online in Europe for quite a while. My subscriptions are good through 9/22, so hopefully by then they have it online. But I figured that in the meantime we can just call them to extend the services. If it's anything like before you'll be looking at somewhere around $20-$30/month for a full subscription.
